I haven't yet looked at this in any detail but I know that St. Faith's Church are particularly worried over the loss of sunlight and daylight to the Vicarage, and loss of privacy from overlooking windows.
I imagine that the main issues will include loss of employment land; building height; provision of affordable housing; parking and access; and heritage impact (the churches of St. Faith and St. John are both listed Grade II).
