NOTICE OF A PUBLIC MEETING

To all residents of Brentford, a public meeting to be held at

St Paul’s Primary School, St Paul’s Road, Brentford TW8 0PN
Thursday 23rd March at 7.00pm.

This is an open meeting to anyone with an interest or concerns to the latest proposed scheme from Essential Living for the re-development of the Morrison site.

It’s important to attend as we now have until 27th March to submit objections to the Council on Essential Living’s recent amendments which do not satisfactorily address our 3,000-signature petition call.

Monday 30 January 2017 from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm (doors open 7.15 pm)

865 Great West Road, Isleworth, Middlesex, TW7 5PD

A new planning application for the site of the former Shell petrol station (currently, the Sky temporary car park) by Gillette Corner and across Syon Lane from Homebase was submitted to Hounslow Council in December 2016.

Promoted as Gillette South, the site owners, have applied to build a 14 level structure to include:

  • A mix of 102 flats with 323 habitable rooms (18 one bed, 62 two bed, 10 three bed, 12 unknown)
  • 53 car parking spaces (42 residential, 2 visitor, 9 commercial)
  • 7401 square metres of basement storage
  • 731 square metres of offices.

A flyer for the event with additional information is attached and Hounslow Council planning officers will be there to explain the planning process.
